Our (MSP) services provide many of the same (IT) tasks as our on-demand services, however, we assume responsibility for proactively providing a defined set of services on a regularly/monthly basis.

MSP plans tend to prove most useful to small businesses with a limited IT budget, providing them with predictable IT support costs.

We structure plans for any business size providing managed services from a few basic tasks to complete active monitoring and protection of your network as well as creating disaster recovery plans for all-encompassing “Worry Free” IT operation.

A MSP plan will entail an upfront setup/transition fee for initial installation of managed/automated applications then will only have ongoing fixed (or near-fixed as user/device count changes) monthly fee for all maintenance of the pre-defined services.
